Before God can forgive us

Well, today was a nice day at  church. We were reminded about having to forgive others before God can forgive us. Very good word for the holiday season. This time of year many people have to see people they dont particularly care for and it is good to be reminded that its not possible to go to heaven or call ourselves “people forgiven by God” unless we forgive others for things we may hold against them.

So this Christmas, instead of dodging certain people make it a point to truly forgive and say or do something kind for them showing your sincerity.

 If you want God to forgive you – first go and forgive people.

If you want God to build relationship with you – first go and build relationships with people.

If you want God to come to you – first go and visit people.

If you want God to do good for you – first go and do good for people.

If you want God to listen to you – first go and reconcile with those who have something against you.

If you want to be known by God – love Him by loving people.
